    I somewhat agree with the op, and I suspect Morey does too but he said he is not allowed by Les to not be competitive, so this is what we get.

    You could have posted what you thought the Rockets should have done but instead you decide to come in here and just #$% talk. If you think its just another tanking thread just move on .

    This thread sucks! Damn i wish we tanked... So original. That's such a weak mentality. If we had players with mentalities like yours we would get nowhere. Thabeet doesn't even care who wins the game. The guy has no clue. Btw you just came here and already starting ish with herrera...not smart

    grow some balls, aint nothing special about herrera, last i checked he was human and most of his posts lately haven't been on the smart side.

    All the players on this team suck, including Lowry- the lone bright spot being Martin. Apart from Martin, none of our starting 5 will be starting on a contending team- Lowry included (dn't get hyped by his latest play)

    The rockets team as it now are average. They have been average for a loooooooooooong time now. Being average gets you no where. You end up with a low pick who ends up in the d-league. Thats no way to build a squad. Rockets have to decide if they wanna sit down or run, not walk.

    Oh and this is not a tanking thread
    this is for fans to suggest what they wished the rockets brass would have done differently this season.

    If you dont think they should tank, what are you suggesting, because this correct team sucks, and tanking is not the only suggestion available.

    this guy has a point , its not like we are gonna make noise in the playoffs or maybe wont even make the playoffs, i would give thabust a chance over hill he's just horrible, free t-wil, we suck, i prefer 2 tank this or next season and get a good pick and rebuild, tired of this same rockets seasons

    All due respect mate, your attitude and pure lack of basketball knowledge is astounding, you are an example of the selfish disrespectful attitude that we see playing out in today's society.

    CarlHerrera is a veteran on this board, you might not like what he said about this IMO pathetic disguised tanking thread, but instead of taking it on the chin like a man you throw a marbury.

    He is not the only one to say that this thread is regurgitated garbage.
    So advice: if one person calls you a donkey, nod & move on.
    If two people call you a donkey, start to listen.
    If three people call you a donkey, start looking at your tracks, they may be on to something.

    Btw: players on our team that are worthy starters; Martin, Lowry, Scola, Dragic, Dalembert.
    All are productive players, if you don't like them wear a purple jersey and move to Utah.

    Yeah tanking is really showing some balls. More like no heart and no balls. You just said Lowry sucks. I don't care if you don't think he's a stud, but he most definitely doesn't suck. I'm done listening to you.

    No, its called "coming to terms with reality". There is no way this current roster has a shot at the top 4 spots. If they end up with the last 4, they are stuck with a very low pick and a guaranteed first round butt kicking.

    I'm not for tanking anymore WHY?
    Because it's already too late too tank, look at our record. The tanking teams start early- we are already on pace for another average season.

    Andre Barrett, for how long will the Rockets management keep selling you the same trash every year before you realize its trash

    Don't need to prove anything to you, but I have more basketball knowledge in one of my locs that you and herrera combined. Again I have read some of Herrera's posts, but i don't give any poster respect based on how many green rep points you have next to your name, or the year you joined, or the great post you made 6 months ago. Nope you have to earn it, and Herrera is a nuisance.

    I can barely make out what you are saying, but you should have waited until March to make this thread if at all....

    You are aware that most moves are made around the deadline aren't you? Your initial ideas are just re-hashed nonsense which makes me skeptical that you have been on this forum under a different name at some point. What you proposed would kill the value of any good commodity the team has. I am not sure why you would go that route, perhaps you haven't really thought it through....

    Wow. I wish there was a way to screen people before they make threads. There is just way too much stupid bull **** in this forum.

    Lol spooner, i'm sure you can read cos you managed to type up a reasonable response. The thread is asking for what you wished the Rockets had done preseason or before the season. You don't have to wait till March for that.

    And speaking about the this good commodity of the team that you mentioned. The Rockets players do no have much- get this- look at what we gave up just for Pau Gasol in the failed trade- what does that tell you about the value of our commodity.

    The commodities that should have had value never got any meaningful playing time to establish themselves. So we keep putting up the same trash season after season and getting the same results.

    Oh and concerning the trade deadline, its always the same hype season after season about Morey making deals for a superstar, and season after season- same results. Get Smart
