Damn that is an amazing picture ... if we wont to acquire those three we have to give the whole team except Lowry, Yao and DM

Before his knee injury though, Webber was a monster.

The offense is prolific and awesome. The "closer" that the Rockets need is on the defensive side. They need to close out opponents by stopping them from scoring at will.

The current starting back court players have been a concern defensively since last season and their weakness has become more evident now as teams have scouted and learned to exploit them.

Two games out of 82 down. What will the brain thrust do and how will the Rockets respond to this adversity would be very interesting to see going forward.

What we truly need is to run the damn offense in the 4th quarter. No more isolation after isolation in the 4th please. Just run the offense and get your points that way.

Then we need to play defense... but that one is pretty obvious at this point.

Our offense is awesome at this point.

The problem is our defense..I dont think we've played a slick of defense this season. The thing is the only defensively-apt player on the team, Shane Battier, is negative offensively so its hard to keep on the floor, so our defense suffers.

This team won't win unless Lowry comes back.

Yeah, Webber was an absolute monster defensively. Watched his top 10 plays and he could grab little layups and leaners out of the air like they were flies.

Thats why I didn't mention Webber. Webber was a awesome defender but the rest of the team was crap except their SG. Bobby Jackson was pretty good defensively but he lacked size and he was no better defender than Courtney Lee.

They don't need star, they just need to up Yao's minutes and they will dominate every team...guaranteed.

First, I should say that I don't think Yao is the reason we lost this game. The lack of D from Scola was a much bigger factor imho. (That and the horrible game by Brooks.)

With that said, I don't think you can just put Yao in at the 6 minute mark in the fourth quarter because you don't know which Yao you are going to get and we already have a problem closing games. You have to put him in earlier in the fourth to see how he's playing and play him or pull him accordingly.
