so...i've been doing a lot of reading on smoking. the best i've found so far has one crazy ass sentence out all the good they say...what the hell does a brisket smoked at 350 for 1 hr/lb mean. i'm not going over boiling point on my first brisket...nope...instincts before recipes I say.

playahata, how old are you, honestly? Im just asking because I am 17 yr old katy taylor senior and i create well thought out posts. Your posts have no logic, such as mobley sucking. However, on a side note, for all ut fans out there, i went to todays game from houston(That is where I hopefully will attend college next year(im top 10%) and will major in broadcast journalism while getting a minor in communication/kinesiology-physical finess so I can coach high school/college sports. I also plan to be a student coach for either the baseball or football team all 4 yrs). However, the rain, even with the ponchos, was too much, and thus we listened to the 2nd half on our way home.
