I just wanted to say thanks to all of you guys. I decided I'm going to let it go and see what happens. I figure this is what is best for my brother and that's the important person here. I, for one, do not understand the benefit of forgiving those who do not seek forgiveness, those who are devoid of regret and humility. All you can concern yourself with now is the welfare of your sibling. F--- the rest of them. I wouldn't turn her in because the whole procedure would only prolong your involvment. It is also a card that can be played should she try to remain in your lives. Just my 2 cents. Good luck to you.
