a true leader leads by example on the court and doesnt let their team lose. Baron Davis, KG, Duncan, Kobe, Nash, Deron Williams, LeBron, Billups, Wade, even Ron Artest, these guys are true leaders. Some may not be the most vocal but they lead by example on the court. They make their teammates better and hit the big shots when they need to. Yao doesn't know how to carry this team or make his teammates better, and T-Mac is too lazy to be a leader.
