"We find the defendant guilty." How's that for a sentance. It's got a subject (we) and a verb (find). Is the punctuation is right, should there be a coma before guilty? j
IF he is found guilty and has to do jailtime, then I hope he gets at least 15 years! Because I have a feeling that he ain't coming back to LA if he has to do any jailtime, and if the Lakers can't have him then I hope no one can. We don't need daggers in our back from that assassin.
I think he should get into politics and be Hillarys runningmate. She could probably straighten him out like she did for Bill. All I can say is... what an idiot. He must have been thinking with his Richard. Either that or she must have been fine as hell. Kobes gal is a fine, sexy woman. I will be surprised if he doesn`t play for the Fakers next year. He will just pay her and the courts off. He could have been kinda set up, too much money for his IQ and youth. I think he will get probation and a fine (restitution). If he actually just flat out raped and abused her he may get the same thing TYSON got - about 3 years or so. I think probation or LA will riot and burn down their own city. The media is sick. This is supposed to be bigger than Simpson.
I stand by my beliefs. If someone violently rapes a girl then I think they should be killed. There is no room on this planet for people that rape.
Normal people that rape should be killed. If Kobe really did rape the girl he should be killed as well. I know death is not a realistic possibility but it should be.
You have an interesting approach to punishment. An eye for a... lung? While rapists usually make up the scum of the earth, I think death is a reach, even for them. Just wondering, do you think all murderers should be put to death also?
There is another thread along here about 'Anal Sex' being involved, some one asked here if Kobe would be playing Bball when he goes to prison. If he goes to prison I believe some of the 'guys' might make sure he can hardly walk much less play ball for some time to come. It will the highest form of poetic justice.
