What Rockets player past or present did you dislike?

    i was curious and was wondering is their any players on the rockets(past or present) that u just really disliked as a player? like that u were always mad at cause of what he did on and off the court? i cant recall any for me, i usually love all the players that suit up for the rockets but i guess if i had to pick one id say jake tsakalidis lol idk why. and be honest lol its just for fun :grin:
    hopefully people dont hate this idea lol

    Hilton Armstrong, Brian Cook, and David Andersen. Basically all big men with no skill or coordination.

    i thought that too but i was worried having the title say anything about "disliking rockets players" would be worse. guess i was wrong :)

    Rafer! Not personally, but his game. I can't stand guards that can't shoot. At the NBA level, that is ridiculous. Didn't care for Francis; perhaps the most overrated Rocket's player ever. And most recently, Ariza. Glad he is gone. Didn't like any of the ole Knicks JVG brought in especially Ewing, wastes of time and money. Never cared for Charles B. Wish the Rockets had not traded for him. I am sure there are more, but that will do for now.

    Alston on the court, his "teardrops" drove me crazy
    Hilton Armstrong due to his apparent lack of enthusiasm on the bench
    Vin Baker
    Brian Cook just because he sucked so badly
    Thomas Hamilton because he was too fat to play
    Juwan Howard because he brought some sort of curse with him
    Dan Langhi because I expected a lot more
    Charles Oakley...never really felt like a Rocket, I guess because he was so far past his prime
    Glen Rice...he was more over the hill than I hoped
    Stanley Roberts...see Thomas Hamilton
    Spanoulis...liked him in the beginning, didn't like the pouting
    Larry Smith...not referring to his time as a player, but he seemed hostile towards Yao as a trainer
    Stromile Swift...he was just dumb
    Maurice Taylor...I resented his contract and the fact that he seemed too lazy to live up to it

    I know some of it is performance- or contract-related but I guess these considerations influence whether I like a player or not.
