I'm going with Hayes too. When the punches are incoming, he can slide in and take the charge. Otherwise, he has the right combination of strength and speed.

All-time, I'll take Mad Max. He wouldn't be afraid to fight, has experience, and would be loyal to the end (or until I find someone to take his starter's spot).

The Chuck Wagon is the only right answer here.

The last Rocket you want to have your back? Carl Landry. He would just run away.

Anyone taller and heavier than Aaron Brooks in the NBA would be an intimidating fight for the average sized guy. Yao Ming at 7'6 310lbs wouldn't intimidate? He definitely would. His physicality alone is monstrous. He could probably take a lot of punches too because of his mass. Yao could push you down and just sit or lie on you and you will be crushed by his 310 lb weight. And if he punched you just once, it would knock you out. Why? Physics. Force = Accel x Mass

He took a blow, hit the deck hard, and still made the free throw.

    Simple amazing.

Any idiot knows that you bum rush Yao and stomp on his foot real hard. Then, Yao needs 3 guys to help carry him off the floor.

Man, Chuck Hayes is way too nice to really get into a fight.. Have you seen his interviews? Dude would never get pissed enough to go all out in a fight.

Ron Artest- that's a good choice, but you need to make sure he misses his psychiatrists meetings for a week or two before the fight.

JT- he looks like he might be able to kick some ass, but he also seems kind of quiet and shy-ish.

Taking all things into consideration, I'd have to say Kyle Lowry- tough, from Philly, he was a wise-ass before his college coach straightened him out. He could definitely handle himself.

when Ron Artest went into the crowd in Detroit, everybody wanted to fight him.

when Maxwell went into the crowd in Portland, nobody wanted to fight him.

Current: Chuck Hayes or Kyle Lowry

All Time: Vernon Maxwell or Ron Artest, they are both borderline lunatics

    currently...

hmm maybe courtney lee, he took that d. howard elbow and didnt die so i know he can take a normal persons punch.

all time, immediately my answer here is ron ron or mad max, but upon further reflection i realized that either of these guys could potentially kill someone and well that just might be a bit much so instead i will take rafer...
