It's obvious that our main weaknesses are not having a very good power forward and not having a good backup point guard, but most importantly the lack of a good power forward. Who are some power forwards that we should go after? Josh Smith is a good option. Should we go after Pau Gasol again?

Maybe Terrance Jones, Donatas Montiejunas, or Pattrick Patterson. Not sure what their status is with their current teams but I think there is a chance that they could be of a help. Much better than our starter Marcus Morris at least.

    Pau god no

Josh Smith would be fine, but with Smith we'd be a 2nd round exit team and that would lock up the cap space. That being said I don't see who else we would be spending it on unless we can pull of a stupid trade for Kevin Love or whatever, or maybe sign CP3 this offseason.

We have 6 PFs. Surely one will rise to the occasion. I think we will be good with Pat. I'd rather not see Morris play much at 4 though.

What do some of you think would be a realistic trade for Love? Has Minnesota shown any interest in trading him?

ScolaBalling I agreed with you the backup PG is easy to come by for Morey but his challenge will be getting that MAX player at PF... Al Jefferson beign in his last year in his contract for a favorable trade for the Rockets I would do that for this year...With Asik and Parsons being excellent defenders he can be the inside scorer the Rockets would love to have at the frontcourt...

I was hoping we could lock up Mike D'Antoni so we could have our All-Star PF.

I think we should just stick with the plethora of power forwards on the roster & just use this season as a way to help our back court grow together & let the rookies get some seasoning.

See how Donatas and Terrence do for the season. These guys both have great potential and upside, so why go out of your way to bury them on the bench? Just say no to Josh Smith.

It draws attention. He wants his thoughts to be read, known and commented on.

Lets see what we have in our PFs, we have 12 of them any ways. One is bound to be decent.

All the while the Kings and Wolves continue to suck...and Morey...he waits.
