Used to go see them on a nightly basis. Even after they became Aftershock (it wasn't the same, though)
I was a good friend of the band. I went to high school (Milby) w/ Alex the keyboardist. He past away maybe 2-3 summers ago.
Oddly enough, I am considering catching them live the night after tomorrow in, of all places, Frederick, MD. I WILL be paying good money as it's a $100 a seat benefit. It all hinges on if my wife (who has no idea who they are) wants to go. "Mom, always liked you best!" The Beatles, The Who (with Moon), The Pistols (the first time around) and The Stooges. I would have included Simon and Garfunkel, but I caught them last year in Baltimore.
Gotta go with Stevie Ray. I miss that dude. His shows on the DVD's are really good. It's too bad he died just after straightening his life up. Perhaps he made a deal with the devil and it was time to pay up.
