What metrics, other than W-L, will tell us if the Harden Westbrook fit is working?

    What metrics, other than Wins and Losses, will tell us if the Harden-Westbrook marriage is a good one?

    I'm not a stats guy but I know many of you are so I'm wondering if you have any ideas. I enjoy looking at stats because I don't get to see many of the games. The problem is I don't know which ones are the important ones to keep an eye on during this version of the Rockets.

    To the statgeeks, what will you be looking for?

    nothing else matters.

    +/-
    on/off
    def rtg
    offensive rtg

    who cares if we are losing?

    this partnership will be defined by post-season success.

    The most important factor is how much of a drop off offensively when Harden isn't in the floor.

    The whole point of having two ball handlers is that we essentially do not let the other teams rest up all game.

    Part of the problem last year was Chris Paul was not very elite at running the offense when Harden sits.
