I had a Carmelo fan in front of me at the Rockets/Nuggets game last night. That was hilarious watching him cheer when Carmelo got a basket with the Nuggets down 25....

My favorite scene last night was some kid wearing a Nuggets jersey through out most of the game, then he put a TMAC jersey ontop of the Melo jersey when the Rockets were kicking the Nugz ass.

The Suns are putting it on the Nuggets. What a tank job, it's 61-38! After observing how the Rockets handled the Suns, the shine on the Nuggets is dimmed even more. It's very obvious they aren't a contender. The 24-2 run will at least give them something to talk about during the offseason.

I should also say it's good to see Melo taking advantage of the tissue paper defense with 23 points midway thru the 2nd quarter. He must come up big for them to take a game or two from the Spurs in round 1. It's really hard to see that happening considering Saturday and tonight. If George Karl gets them to play the Spurs tough in round 1, I will have even more respect for his coaching ability.
