i once heard that "running backs are notoriously fickle and have randomly good or bad seasons all the time." so, no - i don't think teams heavily game plan for a RB (player) until there's a larger body of work to prove his legitimacy. do you, right now, *know* that the texans have a "strong running game"? no. then why would a team in week 10 assume it?
