The fact that most of the people here, including me, only look at the last game played to determine where this team is going.
Injuries by far. If the team sucks because of coaching, players, refs or whatever reason, I am usually still interested in watching the games because I keep hoping things will improve. But if there are injuries, I only keep thinking of what could have been.
Players made of glass and Rafer. Things I like: toughness, smarts, skilled shooting, players that can make free throws, physical play, aggressiveness, fire.
for me, it is "Rafer is enough" or "Rafer is solid" after three seasons failure. The raferness (acting but soft defense, dumb offense, content to be mediocre) is the cancer of this team.
1)the thing that will bother me most is if Landry is not signed and at the training Camp. the Rockets must be at full strength to start the season. 2) Morey has not addressed what to do with Francis, Brooks and a replacement for Mutombo.Sorry to see that Marty is not going to be with the team this season, he could have added to our stength at the 3 point line.
People who are delusional and living in the past thinking that francis will contribute anything to this team.
Head dribbling Rafer shooting (at an overall 39% clip) Yao "rock-handing" Anyone not named Yao/Barry shooting free throw
1. Rafer missing many a teardrop 2. Watching Yao, Scola, Battier, and Hayes, who are all capable of dunking, having layupfests everynight. 3. Every minute that Head plays. 4. Watching games not on HD and sometimes on that real crappy channel. Playoff Time: 1. Listening to the national media talk about how T-mac hasn't ever made it past the first round, over and over again. 2. Reading "Houston you have a problem" on a sign someone not creative made at every playoff road game.
I was bothered by the f*** injuries last three years. Hope the cyclone also blew away such injuries of Houston.
