They say you can tell a lot about a person by the car he/she drives...whatever. I'm bored. I drive a 96 Chevy Blazer. Big enough to fit all my gear yet I can still park it. And it's PAID FOR. What about you? I know it's a silly thread and it's probably been done before, but there's no Rocket game until Saturday. Whatdaya want from me?
I dont have a car at the moment. But what i plan on getting is a Acura RSX or a BMW 330i. If i get a 330i it will probably be used, around a year or two old. Since there so damn expensive...
A completely paid for Eddie Bauer Explorer. And I don't care what my wife says...I am not getting a new one !! This one is PAID for !! DD
1998 Toyota Corolla - fully paid for courtesy of my father via a mysterious fund set up by my grandparents before they died. I have to pay half of it back though... But at least my insurance rate is decently good.... I dont live in Harris County!
Two Completely Contrasting Cars: 2001 Black Mercedes-Benz SLK Sport 2001 Dark Green Lincoln Navigator I have a 2004 5-Series BMW on order that should arrive soon, but I don't know if I still want it.
Not too many pickup trucks on this list. What kind of Texans are y'all? (those who are Texans) In my town, I think it's a requirement that you have to have at least one per household. Often there are more of them in the parking lot than regular cars. I drive a green 1994 Chevy Silverado. The reason is because it's a car that was available when I needed it and was already in the family. But I wanted something like that anyway. It's hard to park and the gas mileage isn't great, but I finally feel like a real Texan.
This kind. 1988 Honda Prelude. Older car, but quite the Japanese classic. 4 wheel steering, SI, etc. Only it's slightly tainted because the engine's out of a 97 Integra.
2000 Ford F-250, Crew Cab, Diesel, 4X4 How's that for Texan? I'm about to sell it though....gotta get something new before the end of the year. I'm not someone who is inclined to be polarized in my truck buying decision. I try to objectively look at everything available, so it was not a foregone conclusion that I'd buy another Ford....even though I haven't really had any problems with my current ride. However, I went and test drove a new F-150 Lariat 4X4 the other day, and it drove like my stepmom's new Lexus 330.....and it's gorgeous inside. I couldn't believe it. I'll definitely be getting an F-150 this time around.
