I have questioned if Democrats have gone to far on some issues, or at least the Democratic establishment hasn't quieted down the more left part of the party - but so far the polling doesn't really reflect that, indeed it appears that the reaction from some prominent Republicans have gone too far. We have seen that for example with DeSantis outside of Florida. Now, that may change, but the data we have right now isn't so great for Republicans. Long term, "woke" has been effective, just like the push for civil rights in the 60's and gay rights in the 00's. Younger people are far more supporting of trans and gay rights and other "woke" issues, and that isn't likely to change as they get older. You can take any movement or segment of people and draw parallels. The reality is that most of those that are "woke" don't give a **** about Marxism. You are stuck in your echo chamber, the polling results and information out there shows that the youth are far more supportive of "woke" policy than other age groups.
About 15 years of looking younger than her real age. She was able to put off looking her real age for a decent chunk of time.... and that is something that is important to her. She is 65 years old, and she didn't really look her age for a long time - so she got utility out of it. Yes, now she looks worse than if she has just aged gracefully, but that isn't her personality.

When Republicans like Cruz, DeSantis and Trump define it as "cultural Marxism", it is easy for Democrats to deny. No elected Democratic in Congress will think twice about disclaiming Marxism.
