Apart from a healthier diet and running after a toddler to get her onto the potty in time my gym time is spent in a combination of swimming, treadmill, spin class, pilates, yoga and belly dancing. I keep thinking I should do more weight lifting but I realy don't enjoy weights and have to lug two infant carriers around all the time so I feel I've put in enough for this season.
Speaking of working out, I can't figure out why my right forearm is so much bigger than my left? Anyone have any ideas?!
