My workout routine - sit around wanting to play basketball but too busy with school and the rockets, finally play for 2-3 hours after 2 weeks, realize how much more i would dominate if I work out and play basketball more often, repeat cycle.

Sorry, this probably doesn't help you with your football thing...

1000 crunches? Wow, that is overkill. You can get killer abs with 10 slow situps three times a week.

Why don't you just use google to find out some routines instead of sitting around and waiting for people to crack some jokes. Or better yet, ask people at your gym about routines.

Depends if you are trying to build muscle and get bigger mass, or if you want to maintain your weight and get toned...but either way you still need to be on a good diet. Try to eat six meals a day of smaller portions than usual. Try to cut back on the soda, sugars, etc. Eat high protein (twice body weight in grams). Get on whey 2 scoops after workout and 1 scoop before sleeping.

This is the routine I have been following for about 2 months:
    Monday: Chest, Triceps
    -3 sets bench press
    -2 sets incline press
    -2 sets skull crushers
    -3 sets deadlift

    Wed: Back, biceps
    -3 sets pullups
    -2 sets preacher
    -2 sets hammer curl
    -3 sets row
    -3 sets power clean

    Fri: Shoulders, legs
    -3 sets standing press
    -3 set shoulder shrugs
    -2 sets side lateral
    -3 sets squat

    LOL...you serious?

I've never read it I just know the guy is considered a joke and a closet *** in the bodybuilding community.

If you are serious and it works then good for you. Don't mind me.

Check out the bodybuilding forum - forum.bodybuilding.com

It's legendary on the internet, like 4chan except on steroids (literally).

A 1000 X'S YES. This is the God of workout regimens, and you WILL get results (unless you eat like an ***hole).
