I enthusiastically agree with you as far as speeches go. But my favorite scene, and I want to sneak in before Deckard does, is the opening scene of BladeRunner. (Youtube won't let me embed the video)

The ending scene from There Will Be Blood sticks out in my mine. Theres probably others but I was just thinking about this one the other day. Its so amazing and powerful. Now, out of context, it may seem funny or whatever, but when watching it with the film, holy crap.
