You know what the point you're trying to make says? That you need to check a calendar. Jalen did not turn 22 until February. That's why I copied their 21 year old season. Both their 3rd. Stats speak for themselves. https://stathead.com/basketball/ver...layer_id2=porteke02&p2yrfrom=2022&p2yrto=2022
So you're saying he was 22 last season then? How about that. Since you want to be a dishonest piece of **** about it, how about we just say that if the Rockets had KPJ at SG last season instead of Jalen Green, the Rockets make the playoffs. So again, you're embarrassing yourself for a player worse than the one you STILL cry about years after he's not even on the team anymore and is completely irrelevant to this conversation. I do hope Jalen appreciates you embarrassing yourself for him like this.
Fact is, they were trying to lose, or at the very least, content with losing and if we're being totally honest, KPJ had a lot of potential - athletic ability, he just didn't have what it takes between the ears to take advantage of his physical gifts. That tanking team giving a guy with that physical ability an opportunity was a no lose situation - if he broke out, they had a star for a 2nd round pick, if not, they get a top 4 pick. I don't fault Stone for making the attempt - I fault KPJ for being an idiot and blowing the opportunity. (I'm not comparing him or Jalen to anyone)
LOL you'll argue anything even when you know you're wrong. That ish is hilarious. I pointed out JG didn't even turn 22 until nearly the end of the season, which technically means his 22 yr old season will not be until this year. Added the comp from basketball-reference.com comparing each of their 3rd seasons, both at 21 and I'm a dishonest pc of ****? Beyond how stupid that is, you state if porter would have been at the 2, they'd gone to the playoffs. OK, now back that ish up. He was going to magically learn how to be a team player. To play smart and not be a head case? Know when to make the smart pass and not try to drive through three defenders only to turnover the ball like a mindless blah blah blah? Now that's true adoration.
