what is your max bench?

    Well, I used to be able to do reps a lot better than max. I used to burnout at 225 for reps with my highest being 26 reps. However, my highest max ever was only 375. I was about the same size as now (6'1", 265) but in better shape.

    Now though, My shoulders and back have been so beaten up over the years I have been "encouraged" by my doctor to not lift heavy anymore or risk major shoulder injury. I'll take him at his word.

    I know you're not going to believe this and I have taken a lot of steroids to get to where I'm at, but I can bench 190 lbs. Booyah Kasha. Big up yourself.

    Just so you little girly men dont feel bad.. Dont forget, you too can someday bench over 300 pounds, I only tip the scales at 135..
