I regret breaking up with my last serious girlfriend so I could have a fling with another chick. We would probably be married right now. I regret not using my teaching degree when I got out of college. Now, if I decide I want to get out of the corporate rat race and go back to teaching (which I'm really starting to consider), I would have to go back to school.
I regret taking too many AP classes this (senior) year in HS. Not worth it, brings down the GPA, doesnt really make a difference in the college you attend, and if you're not gunna pass the AP Exams, well it was a waste of time and money... o yea and your senior year in High school. Also regret not playing Varsity Soccer, Easily could have been my way to a full scholarship to some low grade College, but instead am stuck going to maybe that same college because of financial issues... yep Life sucks... O did I mention that the Calculus AP exam is the morning after Prom... YAY some others include: 1. moving to VA 2. Leaving Houston 3. Buying a piece of **** car 4. Leaving valentines day date stranded at the restaurant, in other words ditching her without paying for dinner... Yep I have a lot of regrets..
I'm no Harlan Ellison. Actually, the movie was "Secret Agent Man", and it was one of those "accidental" secret agent movies where a regular guy is trust into an extraordinary situation, heavily influence by "North By Northwest" which is my all-time favorite movie (along with "Arsenic & Old Lace"). In retrospect, I can't believe they were so hot for it. It doesn't even sound like a good idea to me anymore. It was actually quite stupid (the bad guy was named Dr. Slime (and was always referred to as "The Evil and Rather Nasty Dr. Slime", and his assistant was a plate of Lime Gelatin that talked).
I regret doing drugs and not finishing HS. But my biggest regret, not being a pimp when I could've. I should've stop playing Mr. Cool and asked girls out.
