why the hate for his lineup? it's just his made up lineup. Oh never mind, I figured out why some people don't like his lineup. I like it though!

PG... Aaron Brooks / Kyle Lowry / Steve Francis SG... Tracy McGrady / Brent Barry / James White SF.... Shane Battier / Ron Artest PF .... Luis Scola / Carl Landry / Chuck Hayes C ... Yao Ming / Chuck Hayes / Joey Dorsey Realistically I see the Rockets resigning Artest because of Tracy McGrady. Maybe they aren't sure if he would be ready for the start of the season. I really believe its a toss up with Dorsey and Hayes at back-up center. I want to put Dorsey ahead of Hayes because he can at least give us a scoring option but I went with Hayes because he can score if guys sleep on him plus he already has the experience. I didn't put Von Wafer up there because the way he played I believe he is going to look for an opportunity to play. With McGrady on the verge of coming back along with Barry and the wings we already have experience is going to put him in the back seat. I went with James White because he is already signed and his contract is non guarantee so they can cut him at anytime as if they were to sign Wafer his contract would be guaranteed. As for Steve Francis, You did say dream . Im not sure what his status is but the way he talks about the Rockets if he wants to play or has the itch to play I think he would contact them 1st and show them if he has it or not. One can only dream that he is ready to ball again since he missed all of last season.
you mean the current one that averages 20/5/5 while shooting a good percentage from the field? Just because he is on a bad team does not mean he is a bad player. He is an efficient scoring, something the rockets need.
I dont think the salaries match. Brooks is on his rookie deal (1.1 million). Landry makes 3 million an year and Wafer will be lucky to get that same deal. With Tmacs 23 million that totals somewhere near 30 million bucks. Amare, Nash, and Richardson make almost 43 million next year. Aside from the trade not being allowed by the NBA rules, there is no way the Rox increase their payroll by 13 million and somehow also sign Artest.
