GA is still a red state. Kemp beat Abrams twice and built on his margin from last time. Being the Republican still carries a lot of weight. It's evidence how bad Trump was that he lost the state and took the two Senators down with him. If Walker had beem more like Kemp he probably wins this comfortably.
