I had the pleasure of meeting him this summer at Ebenezer Baptist Church while I was in Atlanta and I agree.
You could give him earpiece with an expert on the other side and I doubt he could even relay what he would be told.
Word on the street is he has his name down pretty good but is struggling with Person, Woman, Man, Camera, TV...
wouldn’t be surprised if he actually didn’t know about the debate if 1 of his dormant personalities manifests itself on the day of the debate
I had to laugh! My significant other asked what was so funny and, still laughing, I told her it wouldn't translate well if I tried to explain it. "It's about Herschel Walker and trump," I said. "Oh, no explanation needed," she replied. Smart chick.
I had a friend who would tell his fancy pants analyst "talk to me like a country bumkin and assume I don't know squat", they would try and BS him and he would throw the gauntlet down, so this "lower the bar" strategy can work but it helps when you are actually smarter then the other folks in the room. After the second time I heard him do that I was like man, he is setting these ivy leaguers up
Herschel Walker proudly proclaiming that country people aren’t smart a cheap ploy to gain sympathy and seem relatable because for some, being smart and well dressed is something to look down on, and being ignorant and uneducated is to be celebrated so he will get on the debate stage babbling like a black Baby Huey and hope Warnock comes across as “bullying” him by being the smart one and the one with sense
because Walker is the dumb one, he will get a pass for all the lies and stupid statements he will no doubt be spewing during the debate while every statement from the intelligent Warnock will be put under a microscope Walker says something stupid? - “Oh, that’s just Herschel being Herschel, he doesn’t know any better. He’s a man of the people. He’s not like Warnock who uses facts and speaks with sense acting all uppity.”
I'm not a Christian and while there is a lot good about Christianity and good Christian this type of self-serving use of religion really bothers me.
If this guy even sniffs a senate seat then the folks in Georgia who vote for him can have yet another MTG on there hands............are none of his real friends pulling him aside and telling him this is a bad look, he`s a beloved FOOTBALL player, this will just make him look stupid.
