When I was in college, I used to make these "mix CDs" of some music I'd throw together and edit a bit, then give them to friends. People liked them a lot. But I haven't heard any of them in YEARS. So, I pulled out "Rap and R+B Vol. 3" today . . . Sisqo, Sisqo everywhere . . . I'm ashamed . . .
Every brittney spears song I've heard on the radio. For some odd reason, I find most of her songs very catchy.
I don't just love this one -- it's my favorite song. "Don't Go Breaking My Heart," by Elton John and Kiki Dee. At my third grade birthday slumber party I played the EP over a hundred times in a row.
i like a lot of songs no self-respecting heterosexual male should, but if i had to pick one, it would be Barbie Girl by Aqua. even i cringe a little while i'm listening to (and liking) it.
This thread is brilliant; I love it! My favorite types of music are rap, hard rock, and classic rock (Zep, CCR, AC/DC, etc.). And, I don't know why, but my ears tend like some rather... sissy crap. Let's see... some songs I have that I definitely shouldn't. Britney Spears - Toxic Ace of Base - The Sign Christina Aguilera - Fighter Venga Boys - Boom Boom Boom Some stupid dance/party songs such as Crush - Jellyhead and Real McCoy - Another Night Some techno Then, a whole bunch of metal/HARD rock which is nothing but SCREAMING and b****ing (see System of a Down) but have badass sounding riffs, so I hold onto.
Forget who sings it. "Pushing little daisys make them come up..." I think that was Ween. For some reason I love the song "Brandy, You're a Fine Girl" by Looking Glass. Super cheesy song, but makes me happy. Any Erasure, especially Oh L'Amour. Pretty sad, I know.
Damn.... You just reminded me of "Never Had a Dream Come True" or something like that. God, I love that song.
Horse With No Name -- America Open Arms and Honestly -- Journey Mr Roboto and Dont Let It End -- Styx Funky Worm and Love Rollercoaster -- Ohio Players Funky Cold Medina and Wild Thing -- Tone Loc
"Believe it again" [?] - I don't know who wrote it, but it's about the Rockets... Not that there's anything wrong with that.
Michael Jackson - Beat it. Pretty good song imo, but get some interesting looks your way when it gets in your head and you starts to hum it under your breath.
