Horrible selection in every category, horrible customer service.. How can you not have muscle milk and protein powder???? They don't specialize in that at all???

The Kroger you go to must suck. The one by me has a decent selection of protein shakes/powders.

The Kroger down the street has both. And also other supplements. The only thing about Kroger that I don't like is walking out of there and wondering "how the f... I spent so much money for so little".

I feel the same way sometimes. If I need one or two things quickly, I go into Kroger because the one closest to me isn't busy at all. If I'm going for a big trip, though, I go to my local HEB. Their selection is a lot better and they seem to be considerably cheaper than Kroger for the most part.

Randalls sucks so much ass. All their **** is way overpriced, and their selection is terrible.

That's gotta purely be location and store-type. Every Kroger signature I've been to is solid. Most regular Krogers in good areas are decent. They're like everyone though, they have crappy stores in crappy neighborhoods.

Crappiest store I know is Arlan's in Galveston. That place is disgusting. Every package of meat has moisture just beading off it.

Why would you go to a grocery store for protein powder? That's dumb. Go to a nutrition store or order it online, it's cheaper that way. I do like Kroger because of their organic vegetable selection.

See, the thing is.... Those nutrition stores don't open past 10 at night and usually I do grocery shopping at that hour or I need one in a hurry.... It must be my location because the one on hwy 6/bissonett is horrible...

It depends on location. HEB is the best, but if your only HEB experience was OST/Scott then you would say HEB sucks.

Any grocery store in a ghetto neighborhood. Krogers on 45 and greens. Fiesta on Airline.

    "grocery food store" it's redundant.
