What is the main reason for this teams struggle this year?

    agreed, but do you think if McHale would have been given more time, he could have turned things around, motivation-wise? or had he just worn out his welcome and James had him axed? in which case he would never have motivated them.

    Maybe the real question is WHO GETS DOMINATED more often on the court in games? Harden or Howard and from there have a real discussion.If Howard had the heart of Alonzo, Ewing, Hakeem or any of the centers he got dominated by this week we wouldn't have threads like this being generated every week

    Id say the main problem is chemistry. When a guy like Beasley can flourish and another (unnamed) flounders, it becomes obvious that some guys can help us and others not.

    God, where to begin? No real scheme on either side of the ball, no coaching, no chemistry, and and overall toxic and entitled roster of players who seem not to like each other or even enjoy playing the game together. They just don't have any chemistry whatsoever.

    We expected too much from lawson and when we figured out he was the problem and a scrub putting up numbers on a bad team , it was too late. Also, JB thinks hes coaching a junior league team when we all realize he cant coach at all. Everyone mailed it in on our philosophy os just collecting checks right now. We have to get a coaching staff this summer

    The main reason the team is struggling now is because the starters aren't playing like starters. The bench is set.

    James is "the pull" that had his way in getting McHale fired because I assumed McHale started emphasizing same championship basketball stuff. Seems like he doesn't respect any coach at this point.
