Did Adelman tell Hayes to "shoot more"?

I don't think so. The jazz were getting open looks all night long but they failed to knock those jumpers down in the 4th quarter. Had they been on a hot shooting night (Korver, Miles, their two best shooters were out due to injuries) the result could be the other way around.

Defense isn't about just open-looks, it's how much you take a team out o fit's comfort zone and flow.

Part of that is being physical. Part of that is making them play frenetic.

We did both. That's good D. A lot of those open J's were out of rhythm, rushed, and while scrambling.

Guys who normally take the ball inside were not. D-ron was not driving in, and Boozer was not getting the easy jumpers he normally takes.

    That's good D.

Chuck Hayes. He actually is starting to do some low post moves, instead of those hand me downs passes as he cuts to the rim unchallenged.

Other then this, I think AB had 8+ assists is most suprised. He used to look like AI type player.
