In my opinion, it's the Bends. Sure, OK computer is a musical masterpiece, but the Bends is the album that i always choose when deciding which radiohead album to listen to. Maybe because i like singing along..."baby's got the beeeeeeeeeeends"

Man...I could really go either way on this one.

I love all of Radiohead's CDs (since I have them all) but I feel that even though The Bends has the best songs, it's OK Computer that is the better CD from start to finish. Sorta like comparing Mellon Collie and the Infinite Sadness to Siamese Dream by the Smashing Pumpkins. MC and the IS has the better songs, but Siamese Dream is the better overall CD, IMO.

Actually, my favorite Radiohead CD is Kid A, but as much as I like it, it still can't hold up to The Bends or OK Computer. Amnesiac and Pablo Honey?? Eh...okay, but the middle 3 CDs are the best ones.

Really, you can't go wrong voting any one of the middle 3 Radiohead CDs as the best one, but that is just my opinion.

Do I win something for knowing Manny would be the first in the thread. I'm not talking guessing Manny would be first, I'm talking no doubt about it, take it to the bank, you bet your ass, put my life on the line type knowing. I definitely should win something.

No - you won't win anything. You only win when you state your prediction before it happens, and put money behind your claim. BTW, did you check the odds? My bet is that you would have lost that bet. In fact I know you would have. Atleast if you had made that prediction in this thread. :p

Well no $$$ for you. ;)

Gee, f4p, I'm going to assume that you said what you said because you know how much I like Radiohead.

Maybe you said it because of this thread:

i guess im in the minority, but Kid A and Amnesiac are my favorites. actually i only like about 5 songs on each album, but they are some of my alltime favorite songs of all time. and i dont think id be alive without some of them.

did any of you buy the live album they put out recently? that last unreleased song on the album, 'true love waits', some girl keeps torturing me, or i torture myself over her, and i dont think id get through any of it without that song. i can cry myself to sleep at night listening to it.

every time i listen to radiohead, no matter what im doing it just makes me happy to be alive. like the world is so beautiful. if i had to listen to one band for the rest of my life it would be them.

No specific thread. You just rave about them all the time and are big time into the music threads so I knew you would be here first.

Okay, f4p, I'm game (I know you are baiting me), but I just think that Radiohead has a little more substenance to them than say Britney Spears. Hey, I have Britney's first 2 CDs and they are catchy and everything, but certainly something that I, at least & I'm sure many others, would not *rave* about.

There's still hope for you...go out and buy The Bends and for GOD'S SAKES, quit listening to Britney, Christina, Mandy, and Jessica immediately! Maybe, then you will see what all the buzz is about.

Because you see, Radiohead doesn't have to use the radio to sell CDs, they do it on their strength of their musicianship. You can argue that they have put out crap since OK Computer, but if anything, it shows that they are unwilling to sell out and continue to do what they want to do and not the public or top 40 radio.

I might Be Wrong is the name of the live album, all tracks from their last twoalbums.

my vote goes to Kid A.

HOlden, they played that song(true love waits) at Madison Square Garden and silenced the crowd.
it was unreal. they also plaed Talk Show Host, the song from Romeo and Juliet

by the way, does anyone know where my signature comes from?
