i gave a shady character 100 bucks then he gave me back 200 the next day, then the next week i gave him 200 and got 400, then i ended up getting 2,000 bones a week. good times.
I won a Lady Death first/limited edition-something-or-other at a comic book show when I was in college. I still have it somewhere. Ima dork.
I've won about $150 in the lotto a couple of times. I've also won watches twice -- probably worth about $150 but not my style so I gave them away. I also won a GPS for the car back when they were about $600. So I still have that, even though the maps are 5 years out of date, and the thing is crap compared to the cheapies available today. When I was in highschool, a friend won free concert tickets for a year from a concert promo company. That was a cool prize. He had great tickets for pretty much all the big concerts that came to town. A client won a $2m house. (same lotto from which I won the ugly watch). And a colleague on assignment was invited into an office pool that shared $1m (her share was about $80K). The assignment was in Montreal, and since she didn't speak french was unaware why she was the only one still working until someone clued her in.
I've won books and cds and a few concerts, but that's about it. My luck usually sports related. Getting free tickets to games or good seats.
Frequently won "my three songs" (was that on KLOL?) or contests like it once a year or so for a while in the 90's. Lots of concert tickets and cd's and whatnot. Oh, and ed mcmahon used to tell me all the time "You may already be a winner of 1 million" but it never panned out.
I won the Rockets Ultimate Fan Challenge in 08-09 season. It was a photo submission contest, then viewers could vote for one of the top 3 aired during a game by texting in. I got to sit in Les Alexander's seats for a game valued at $2400- I took my sister. Literally, best seats in the house. I got interviewed that game by FSN. Sucks that I had (or my dad had) to pay taxes on it.
When I was younger I was really poor and my grandpa gave me 50 cents to buy some chocolate for my birthday. Of course I got a Wonka bar because they are the best and there was a golden ticket inside the wrapper, which was redeemable for a tour of Wonka's candy factory. All kinds of crazy s*** happened in there but at the end Wonka gave me the whole factory, which I immediately sold for a net of about $310 million. True story.

Sorry Heod is short for hedonism 3. Its not a swinger club, just clothing optional that swingers might go to.
I won a really cool 10 speed bike from JC Penney that had an innovative (at the time) disc brake system that apparently never caught on, as I don't see them around today. Great bike, but it got stolen. After googling, I can't believe I found this vid of what appears (to my memory) to be the same type bike. Nearly identical. http://wn.com/JC_Penney_disc_brake_Ten_Speed_Racer
In 1998 I won a Cactus Cash scratch off grand prize of $5,000, while a senior in high school. I still have the stock account I put most of the money in, its worth about $22,000 now. Other than that, I've won a set of Cobra CXI irons in a golf tournament (I still play with them). I've hit a couple $500 to $1000 hits on slots in Vegas. I also cleaned up about $3,000 at a Craps table one time when I went to the table with $200.
