    I'll give a real answer. You are used to sensing your bowels and testicles from their weight by gravity. On roller coasters or certain hills in a car, when you're thrown upwards so are your guts and nuts. this change in sensation is felt, and your body doesn't know how to interpret it leading to the 'tingling' sensation.
