As much Chinese and Vietnamese food as I've eaten, you'd think I'd know how to handle some chopsticks, but nope. And the soup spoon and fork rock... just use it like you would (could/should) with spaghetti... makes it a breeze.
If you're talking about the Vietnam Coast in Chinatown/Bellaire, it changed ownership a few years ago. That place use to be decent, then they changed ownership and it went downhill.
