fixed wanted to give this thread 5 stars. that last "get traded" option had me rolling and that's why this tinman is ace. The wit. But I couldn't no "back to China" option 4.5 star for now.
I'm fairly new to basketball so maybe my opinion is worth nothing compared to yours. But I always felt he gave up the ball too much causing TO's and fumbles. It's interesting that you saw the opposite. How do other people feel about his lack of passing/scoring?
How about find a role? Last year he didn't have a clearly defined role in the offense that meet his strengths.
Jeremy Lin's top priority for this up and coming season is: Develop an attitude. He should literally become like a crusade for god and imagine that the opponent's basketball goal is the holy land. Every time, he has to reclaim it by scoring or helping the team win. He can kill and destroy others for this one and only goal, because GOD WILLS IT.
McHale should stagger Lin's and Harden's minutes, so Lin will be doing most of the handling when Harden is on the bench and maybe 35% when Harden is on the floor with him (with Harden at 55% and others combined at 10%). What's more, Harden's minutes should go down, both to allow him to exert more energy on defense and to keep him fresh for the playoffs. So Lin will still have plenty of ball handling to do.
in san antonio he used to say "if i miss, y'all gonna blame the stars anyway"... but then again, jeremy the escape goat so who knows. but wasn't horry kinda disappointed with the rockets,i mean thats what turned him into an animal, right? teams tell you you're the part of their future, then they trade you.
Almost all of the above. And add in: Bring a championship to Houston within the next 2 seasons. On a personal level, his aim is to improve at all facets of his game and be so good by 2015, another team would offer him max money to be their version of James Harden, and the Rockets would beg him to stay with them. Best way to shut up the haters and fools, IMHO.
