You don't have to be an expert to see that Artest is a nutcase...i mean he is like a nuclear bomb ready to explode...but since he is better than Battier(at least offensively), i say Rox could take that risk.. Battier hasn't lost any trade value IMO. If Rox manage to trade Sura+draft Pick+Head/Alston/Vspan for Artest(unlikely though), then Battier is expendable. I say trade Battier for NY David Lee...i saw tha tguy a few times and he really is a hustle guy..Your thoughts?
That's what upset me, Battier should of been on one of the All Defense teams, he was near the top list for defensive player of the year and I think he's a far better defender then Kobe or Raja.
Well, as we all know, there's the camp that wants Artest and would be willing to clear out our bench to give him a shot (I used to be in this camp); and there's the other camp that believes he's just not worth the risk at this point, because there are other options that seem more reasonable. I've converted to this camp, and I'll just leave it at that.
