Unless you're a monarch, your bloodline really doesn't matter. Carve your own destiny, and you won't have to depend on your bloodline ot be remembered.
If my son was #homosexual I'd have another one so that I could pass my #awesomebloodline. #carryyourleagacytroopers
D&D bound. So that's why your brought up if he said he lied or stole something as opposed to something innocuous like if he said was taking up cricket or really enjoyed country music..
i'm always irked by people who say a good reason to have kids is to pass on their genes. that's not pride, it's arrogance and narcissistic. just because they have your last name they're only special to YOU. the world doesn't revolve around them, the parents' world does. have children because you love children and have the means to rear them. and no, they're not going to cure cancer.
What if your son is sterile? Or chooses to never have children? Or tragically dies before he is able to have children? Or chooses adoption? Or (gasp) what if you have a girl who reproduces and suddenly your bloodline belongs to a different last name? But yeah, homosexuality is the only reason a bloodline may not continue.
Of course. Please don't counter my response with equating being black to a vice also. That's an insult to african americans to insinuate that being gay is same as being black.
I never said being gay is like being black but there are some biological factors with being gay. I just wanted to find out if you consider being gay to be a vice which you answered.
And it's off to the D&D!! What a moronic thread. So much ignorance, and flat out stupidity going on in here.
Glad I could do my part to get it out of the hangout. And, just for good measure: Spoiler Spoiler Spoiler That should seal the deal. Let's move this thread!
I get what you're saying, but a monarch needs an heir to prevent a power struggle between his staff (RE: The Great Alexander of Macedonia).
