If we still had Yao, we would have a civil war Imagine Lin threw a couple of bounce passes to Yao at knee/ankle high every single game, fans of Lin would argue that Yao's butter fingers destroyed Lin's assist and TO numbers, while fans of Yao would shout back - Yao is a frigging 7 footer! That being said, our interior offense would be great, and we don't need to chuck up that many 3 pointers, while making them at a higher percentage. Moreover, Yao would have set great picks for both Harden and Lin for easy shots, but our guards would have less opportunities to drive. Obviously, the 120 points tempo would run Yao down after one quarter.
