If the Houston Rockets give of their best, we can't ask for anything more!! Their BEST is good enough to win it all!! It's just not the right time to have such negative thoughts, time to look on the bright side.
it depends how we would get beat. if the jazz could legitimately outplay us and win the series then we would have to find ways to improve our roster.
I lose $200. LOL. If you guys want to bet just who wins series rockets at -240 (meaning you get 176% on your money) You can use my link: http://www.betus.com/ats/12002/sportsbook/default.aspx Alright thats all.
I'd lock all my doors, cover all windows with aluminum foils, turn off all lights, lay in a corner in a fetal position, suck my potassium cyanide-laced thumbs, cry until I go into oblivion of which a month from now, friends and family can discover my decomposed body with an active bomb strapped under my body DIE!
It's really simple guys. Current Rocket team is much better than the one that forced Dallas to seven games in the 1st round/'05 playoffs Jazzettes are NOT as good as the 04/05 Mavs. Thus, ROCKETS WIN. NUFF SAID.
You mean.. we have a chance to win a series with a healthy team, home court advantage, the best center in the league, a top notch playoff coach and one of the best guards in the league? Say it ain't so.
You should never think about losing a playoff series before it starts. Just like you should never think about divorce before you get married.
Long Answer? What if? What if? What if a comet that we hadn't seen before, because of some perfect synergy of trajectory and obstructional orbit, splits Mars and hits us right in cods 5 minutes before Tipoff on Saturday? Jeez man, think positively. Or at least try not to think so negatively. Sure, it COULD happen... but the Rockets are in a great position to advance, and this team wants it bad enough to make that and nearly anything happen from here on out. If you are going to "What if," let's hover somewhere around the "What if we kick the stuffing out of the Jazz and have a long time to rest after being on such a good run and playing so well, how will we stay sharp?" area. Or the {insert some other positive question that props the rockets up right} area. What if we lose, how low will the bottom be, after this climb to the top of a difficult peak? How much will it hurt? THAT is your query to put before the masses? Short Answer? Turn that frown upside down. The good guys always win. And if not, it's just basketball. (some of the answers provided in the section above, especially that hooey about it just being "basketball," not necessarily the opinons of CrazyDave, CrazyDave's affiliates, or those that may or may not be in "cahoots" with CrazyDave)
HA!!!!! Like anything is going to change. Win or whatever else happens doesn't diminish my blind, total LOVE for the Rockets. NOTHING!!!!.........................well leaving Houston would do it, but that ain't happening anytime soon. Enjoy the journey. Don't think about the destination until we get there.
pack up, rest up for the summer, work out, prepare for the pre-season, and try to get out of the first round AGAIN. that's what happens. very depressing so i hope our team avoids that.
