I think the Lakers should trade Kobe now. What if Kobe was traded tomorrow? I mean, his trade value is high as it can be. I think he'll only decline from now on.

I'm feeling,

Rockets get: Kobe Bryant
Lakers get: Carl Landry(good young player with potential), Aaron Brooks(PG of the future), T-Mac's contract(for cap purposes), and 2 1st rounders.

That's an even trade, and the Lakers can start their rebuilding project now.

All the money that Yao gets through his nationality to the Rockets make him untouchable.

To move the one guy out of the big 3 that the fans can truly be proud of would be the grossest violation of trust we've ever seen as fans.
