The fact that I got to watch a few Rockets games this season (thanks to having been in the US and thanks to THE DUDE :)).

1. The Unis are a drastic improvement from the PJs, and they're better than the leaked pics.
2. The attention the Rox marketing department has paid to this BBS (thanks Tim!)
3. TWolves/Rox
4. Lakers/Rox becoming a premier matchup for the league
5. Cat showing his hustle even though he's clearly not the #2 option
6. Getting rid of Moochie (oh that's #1 with a bullet) and the legacy of dribblehog
7. Giving up on the Eddie Griffin project and its false hopes
8. Being 8 games over .500 and considering the team is *underachieving*. WOW.
9. Defense. Defense. Defense.
10. The return of an offense that has motion off the ball. Inconsistent, but it IS there.
11. Mike Wilks, Rice 2001, former lab partner of one of my friends, joining the team.
12. Feeling that the team is headed in the right direction and is increasing its basketball IQ in fits and spurts.

Thanks for this thread Smeg.

JVG taking the blame for the last play of the Spurs game and taking the burden off of Steve. Classy... also showed that they do not completely hate each other or have irreconcilable differences that would put Stevie on a boat outta here. Thanks God.

This gave me HOPE.
