We need to be done with KPJ unless he comes off the bench. If they start h I'm done watching this team
As long as KPJ plays for Silas he will start unfortunately. That being said, I don't think Silas can genuinely deny Alpi anymore, his time leading the offense will be greatly reduced though because Silas is a dumbass and loves KPJ like a son.
My bold prediction is that when KPJ is back, the Rockets finally win 3 consecutive games with Jalen Green in the game for the first time ever. Maybe not right away, but by the end of the season.
I'm just hoping Stone finally realizes how much a negative KPJ is on the court and shuts him down for the season. Nobody will trade for him obviously so we can cut him once he throws his yearly temper tantrum. It's Alpi's time to shine now
If Stone were a good GM, he would trade KPJ now, or cut him, if nobody wants him, rather than screwing up what he and his coach only now, after 1 1/2 years, realized they lucked into. Just so that perennial loser Silas doesn't get a chance to screw it up again.
On the court, and, at least historically, very much also off the court (which is still happening, according to @Nook's sources).
No team will take him. They'll have to cut him. I'd just keep him out for the year and cut him in the offseason so he's not a distraction. He's too stupid to see the writing on the wall so we could get away with that. Get rid of Silas and him at the same time. We are extremely lucky like you mentioned with Sengun. We need a good coaching hire to make sure the offense goes through him and we don't waste his development. What's so impressive is he did all this with a coach who didn't believe in him
I heard he used to be in strip clubs a lot getting wasted and acting like an *******. Not sure if he's still doing it now. I don't ask about him anymore because I just want him off the team.
KPJ returns........ Silas gets him a cake: "OK, welcome back, everyone to the court, we got a game, y'all." Sengun's playing time decreases. Post-loss presser: "Coach, why is Alperen getting fewer minutes?" Silas: "His, um, defense needs to improve." "Coach, no one on this team plays much defense..." "OK, are we done? Yeah. Okay. Thanks." Slinks off stage left.
