If you look at his shots, he is always releasing on the way down. I think he's trying to be too relaxed and it is hurting him.
he's average 40 mins for the last 10 games and is averaging 38 for the year. It is insanity to give him that many minutes when he is expected play great d and be a huge part of their offense, especially with the amount of possessions the rockets gets.
Parsons is basically an average player when you're willing to acknowledge how bad his defense is and how it neutralizes his offensive production. RAPM suggests the same. He's given us really good value as a 2nd round pick, but Morey and the Rockets can't afford to "buy high" with Parsons. He has high value that we can sell to get a true 3rd star. Minnesota's SFs consist of Corey Brewer, Chase Budinger, Shabazz Muhammad, and Robbie Hummel. Me thinks they would be willing to dangle Kevin Love if we offer a package including Parsons.
Ever since he changed shoes he sucks. He needs to take those anta shoes off because he moves so slow with them. He needs some lighter/smaller shoes to move faster. He was never fast, but he was never this slow. thanks
the problem is he is probably required to wear them as part of hus contract, but if im the rockets i pay the fine for him becuase he sucks with them.
parsons is the soul of the team. that being said, people act surprised when a non mega superstar goes on a funk. It happens. that's why they're not Hakeem, jordan, kobe. he will bounce back or his back will bounce. he will be fine though. leave chandler alone!
