    That's what KLOL is for.

Good or bad music isn't my point...if they want to call themselves a certain format, they should go with it. People that don't like 'new' music aren't listening to the radio anyway...they have their own collections for the most part. Radio isn't about keeping away from new music: at least, not when your format is supposed to be "New Buzz".

after ZRock went out of business radio in houston started sucking. zrock had the best morning show too.

101x here in austin isn't that good anymore either.

houston and austin need a station like 99.5 in SA. now that is a bad ass station.

Steve was actually a promotion's intern for Z-107.5. That was the classic rock station before it became the Rocket and then the Buzz. Steve interned at 107.5 for a summer, went back to Tech and got a job running the board on Saturday nights after he graduated college. He moved to the morning show as an assistant producer and eventually worked his way to music director. He played drums for a short-lived band called The Bollenbackers and for a promotional band that Z-107.5 put together for Party on the Plaza. I lost track of Steve when the station changed to the Rocket from Z-107.5 because that's when I lost my job with them....

not them i'm ever up early enough to listen to morning radio, but i think they have the highest rated morning show in texas so they probably don't have any reason to change it.

I use to like 106.9 the planet. I think they were independent, weren't they?

Infinity should change the format of 95.7 (again) to a Rock Station to compete against the Buzz. Hire Steve Robinson as producer and stuff. Makes sense.
