Well, these Faker douchebags came INTO OUR HOUSE. What do they expect? A red carpet? I wanted to knock each of those fools entering our arena... There was one Laker ho in front of our row clapping and enjoying this. Then some dude behind us started telling that lady that Kobe's a homo. She got offended. Whoopdefreakindo. One dude in the section to our right started getting into w/ some Rocket fan. I believe alcohol was involved in that debate. I'm so pissed that we lost....

What happened in Section 115? About what row did it happen in? That section is where my regular seats are but I had to miss the game last night...
anyone noticed some rocket fans cheered for kobe after he finished his interview at the end of the game? what was that? they should gave him a hard faul, not cheering
more like only a lakers fan is dumb enough to talk smack to a group of opposing team fans. kobe mentality. try to go 1 on 10.
They were both handcuffed and taken to the top of section 403, then the cops realized they were both drunk and let them both go after a few laughs. My brother was sitting in the handicapped area behind 403 where the cops took the Lakers guy and the Rockets fan.
It was on row 11 or 12. A Mexican dude and a white dude with a cowboy hat & boots on. Cowboy was wasted and security never showed up. Their friends finally stopped it. Everyone was already standing up at that point it the game, so it wasn't noticeable.
Yeah, what's gonna happen is that some fan from an opposing team is going to talk smack after a game, he's going to get ganged up by a bunch of home team fans, they're going to beat him to death, and then they're going to say, "Well, he shouldn't have been talking smack IN OUR HOUSE!" What an absolute asinine mentality. It's one thing to tell a Laker fan to shut up if they're being too obnoxious (I was in section 430 last night and I said that to this kid 5 rows in front of me), but it's another to advocate violence. Quite frankly, it was very disturbing to see the way some of the Rockets fans acted towards the Lakers fans who weren't doing anything. I mean, at the end of the 2nd quarter, I was going to use the restroom, so while I waited in line, I saw 5 obnoxious Rockets fans start to hit these 2 Lakers fans over the head with those red balloon things- totally unprovoked. Saw the whole thing- Lakers fans did nothing to those guys. Don't get me wrong- there were definitely some Lakers fans who probably deserved a beatdown- but it's one thing to think and another to actually act on it. I mean, we're not Jazz fans- we're supposed to have class, and many of us die-hard Rockets fans do. But some of the bad apples really made us look bad last night. Then, some guy yelled out "Lakers suck" to a Lakers fan walking by, Lakers fan responded, "If we suck, why are we ahead?" Then, the Rockets fan lunged at him and tried to throw a punch- if his girlfriend hadn't held him back (she was a big girl), he would have jumped that guy. Saw 2 fights also after the game, and one that almost got started before the game outside the arena (near that place where they had chairs and a DJ on stage). The whole thing kinda put a damper on the evening because I was having a great time attending my first playoff game in 12 years. My question is: did the aggressive nature of this series cause fans to be more confrontational? Or is this typical of playoff games? I mean, I'm not stupid- if someone gives me a Rockets playoff ticket, I'm absolutely going. But after last night, I'd at least have to give it some thought.
the guy in 115 was getting on my nerves it took everything in me to not go over and deck him. personally its freakin classless to gloat/celebrate the way some people do in other peoples houses. I've been on the other end of that and while i show my happiness not like the way they were last night. I dont care if in the lobby they are high-fiving each other and all thats fine but its not smart egging on fans of the home team in their arena.
Our seats are in Section 115 and we had an obnoxious Laker fan in front of us that we nicknamed, Vanilla Ice... He was wearing a Kobe jersey without a shirt under it which is nasty anyway... He stood up for everything and was always popping his jersey and no one could see. I am not one to start crap but all of his cussing and standing up in front of everyone got to me and my brothers so we had a few words... I wonder if he was the one who got jumped? I could see that happening to him because we were to the edge with him but that crap just isnt worth it over a game. Anyway, there was a drunk chick sitting next to him and she did what we all wanted to, she slapped him hard upside the head and told him to shut up. He got up and walked off... The fight that was in our section, 115... it was legit... blows exchanged. A hispanic Laker fan squared off against a Rockets fan in wranglers, with a belt buckle and cowboy hat... Dude, the Laker fan must have been an idiot! A cowboy hat and belt buckle means "dont jack with me"... Anyway, the Laker fan got cocked upside the eye one time, got knocked over, got up and left. The cowboy put his hat back on, sat down and watched the game. Not a cop in site. Hahah... Fun, good natured taunting is one thing but when it gets serious it is stupid. Like someone else, these are professional ball players who may get heated but that night they are out to dinner. Same as when I played college football. We'd have a fight in practice and then we'd all be hanging out in the dorm that night laughing.
The playoffs in general are very intense and emotional but Id have to say against the Lakers in general it is bad. Even in regular season... the Houstonian Laker fans are overly proud to support the Lakers or moreso, Kobe.
Houston is too gangsta for Lakers fans. They need to take their non-sense back to LAX. I go to SD rockin all my Houston gear and nothing ever happens...
