For me, it's always been little subtle, psychological stuff that scared me. That's why I actually liked (and was scared ****less by) the Blair Witch Project. The Exorcist was one that absolutely destroyed my life when I was a little kid. More recently, the movie that gave me the willies was Paranormal Activity. There's just something that really bothers me about the idea of an evil being that's in my presence that I can't see.
