IF they retain Olynyk & I hope they do ..... that's 14 roster spots accounted for. They might leave that last spot open and have two guys on two way contracts filling out the tail end of the roster at least to start the season which leaves them the ability to take on salary for assets (so long as that salary doesn't extend beyond John Wall's contract).

    1 Wall
    2 EG
    3 Wood
    4 Olynyk
    5 Augustin
    6 House
    7 KPj
    8 KMj
    9 Tate
    10 Khyri Thomas
    11 Green
    12 Sengun
    13 Garuba
    14 Christopher.

    Gordon Hayward

Charlotte is going to have to rebuild and Hayward has an extra year over Wall. He wouldn't be blocking anyone of significance here and would be a good crutch for our younger guys. It's a longshot, but that's the answer to your question.

Don’t need to target anyone just let the young guys eat.

    Wall/KPJ/Augustin
    Green/Gordon/Christopher
    Tate/House
    KMJ/Garuba
    Wood/Sengun

Need to dump Wall, Gordon, and House and embrace the rebuild completely.

    KPJ/Augustin
    Green/Christopher
    Tate/KMJ
    KMJ/Garuba
    Wood/Sengun

9 man rotation sprinkling in whatever vet expirings the Wall, Gordon, and House trades bring in. Point is give all the rookies and young guys all the minutes to see what you have, raise their trade value, and tank.
