Mine is just a rearrangement of some nicknames that were given to me back in HS. The nickname was given to me by my volleyball coach when someone tried to call me off the court to go do something else, she cried, "Leggo my Meggo" (yes, like the Eggo commercials)... Most people just shortened it to Meggo, (which I answer to if you call me by it) but when I register for websites and forums and the likes, I use "meggoleggo" because it's pretty unique, and I don't have much trouble getting it.
Danzel is just a nickname from High school that one guy called me and eventually spread like wildfire... like Denzel but for Daniel.... Kun is just a Japanese suffix for men cause I used to be such an anime dork...
my name means this: steddinotayto (n.)- an amalgam of names from the former starting lineup of the professional basketball team the Houston Rockets. syn. underachievers ex. Boy did I steddintotayo'd on that midterm
Well you're not alone. Why DID you guys choose to name yourselves after buildings? Why couldn't you be "Flaming Cough Syrup" and you be "3 day old hot dog." What attracted you guys to their buildings so much.
But why not Ralph Mouth. Or were you more impressed with the rest of his resume, like voicework on the Hagar the Horrible, Teen Wolf and Dungeon & Dragons cartoons.
My Spanish professor went through the roll and gave us all Spanish names based on our real names - or part of our real names - and derived from them in some fashion. Mine turned out to be Isabel, which I liked... I wanted to use something on this bbs which would identify me as female, before people assumed otherwise.
The Rockets are the number one team in the NBA, the number one team anywhere. They'll always be #1 no matter what they do. Also, a minor reason, but I'm probably their #1 fan also.
