What does your handle mean and/or why did you choose it?

It's my first name.


....and I pork fat chicks.

 

I picked this name because it was what I drank at the time. My forward thinking wasn't very good though since I haven't touched it, or anything other than water, in ~3 years. While some of you guys may have had this problem with Rocket players, I had it with a drink.

 

Short for the greatest american rock and roll band of the 1980's the Replacements. Plcmts is all the letters I can use for trivia handle I play under. 17 is my favorite number.

Texas and Iowa have been my home states, given that my mom's side lives here, and dad's side of the family in Iowa.

 

I actually hate fishing.

 

I preordered and bought the first 350Z in Massachusetts, and also drove it for a while before anyone else had it. Handle is named after the "Z". Also have this handle on my350z.com forum.

Just used an old AIM screen name. At the time i didn't realize how addicted to the board i would become so i just put down a name i could remember.

JPM are my initials

0016 - my age back in 2000-2001 when i created the screen name.

 

Mr.Superstar is a song from Marilyn Manson's hit album Antichrist Superstar that was produced by Trent Reznor of Nine Inch Nails. On the album artwork they replaced the "u" in "Superstar" with a "v" and it gave me a way to stick out. Most of my names on other forums is "MrSvperstar."

With that being said "Supernaut" is an old Black Sabbath song that was covered by Al Jourgensen of Ministry and Trent Reznor of Nine Inch Nails under the alias "1000 Homo DJs" in 1990... and I mixed my love of using a "V" as a "U" in the word super and the rest is history.

If I had my way my name on here would be MrSvperstar just for consistancy's sake.

 

Mine came from my high school volleyball coach. I was helping her out with something on one of the courts when another coach tried to call me over to help her with something entirely different. The first coach told the second coach, "HEY! Leggo my Meggo!" Kinda like leggo my eggo.... So I didn't live that down for the remainder of my stint in HS, and for some reason, I still choose it as my nickname for a lot of websites....

 

A black dude turned me on to this site, and said that he needed another brother on here.

I haven't heard from the guy since.

 

Was RocketMan West when I originally registered in 1996 or so.

Lived in Los Angeles at the time.

Moved to Houston in 1998 and changed handle to RocketMan Tex.
