What does everyone think Biden's100 day agenda should be?

I think the idea of taking back money might get pretty messy and lead to much more problems if a year from now the government tries to claw them back.

For me the only practical solution is either means testing them ahead of time or give them to all. I think there is a fair amount of political support for means testing. Remember how many stories we heard about celebrities and large companies getting checks and PPP benefits from the CARES Act. Coupled with stories of small businesses having a harder time getting PPP or unable to get them because funding had run out before they could get them. I think if we can target the aid better it will make it more palatable across the political spectrum and might also allow those who really need it to get more benefit.
