    I usually read food or outdoor magazines, so I'm thinking on how to get to the next dump. There are few things that are as satisfying as a good dump.

    Taking number 2. Unless I have really solid stool, I have to concentrate on properly shooting it out and not closing my sphincter prematurely and leaving paste inside that's hard to get out.

    Didn't want to start a new poo thread, but what is the correct stance when taking a dump? I usually take a 30 min dump (often on office dime) and when I get up my knees hurt bad for a bit.

    Pics would help.
